Is it possible to restrict access to LCD display only?
No; if the system has been wrongly configured (or if the password has been forgotten), the LCD display is the only means available for resetting the system. If, in such a case, the display (or the menu) were blocked, the system would have to be returned. Physical access to the PacketAlarm system (and hence to the LCD menu) needs to be ensured by installing in a lockable cubicle or room.
