Why isn't it possible to access the manager web interface again using HTTPS after a 'Config Reset' or 'Factory Reset' has been performed? PacketAlarm uses SSL certificates which are signed by PacketAlarm itself. This certificate is re-generated when a Config or Factory Reset is carried out. If the old certificate in the browser has been included in the list of reliable certificates, or if the browser has not been re-loaded after a Config/Factory reset event, an error will occur during certificate check. « back |
