What is the difference between the LCD menu option ´Config Reset´ and ´Factory Reset´?
In a 'Config Reset', all the configuration and logging data in the PacketAlarm system is deleted. Software updates installed by the user are retained. In a 'Factory Reset', in addition to the configuration and logging data, all the software updates are replaced by the original software version. If problems occur after a software update, this option can be used to reset the system to the ex-works delivery status.
